A Labour Market Impact Assessment is the document an employer in Canada may need before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA means Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) agreed there is a need for that worker. ESDC publishes the employers that received one every quarter.
From ESDC's "Temporary Foreign Worker Program: positive LMIA employers" lists on open.canada.ca, published under the Open Government Licence – Canada. We combine every published quarter into one search. We are not affiliated with the Government of Canada.
Not necessarily. The list shows positive LMIAs from past quarters. It tells you who has hired through the program before. Check the employer's own website or Job Bank for current openings, and apply the normal way.
No. We are a data service, not a recruiter or immigration consultant. For immigration advice, use a licensed consultant (CICC) or a lawyer. Never pay anyone for a job offer or an LMIA: it's illegal for employers and recruiters to charge workers for them.
