These terms are an agreement between you and A3E Ecosystem Inc, a corporation in Ontario ("we", "us"), for the A3E LMIA Employer Finder. By using the search or buying an export you accept them.
1. The service
A free search of the positive LMIA employer lists that Employment and Social Development Canada publishes as open data, and paid exports of a search. We are a data service only. We are not a recruiter, employer, immigration consultant or lawyer, we don't give immigration advice, and we don't place workers. The service is for businesses and for people 18 or older.
2. Data accuracy
The data comes from the Government of Canada and may be incomplete, late or wrong. A listing means an employer received a positive LMIA in a past quarter, not that it is hiring now. The service is provided "as is", for information only.
3. Your use
Exports are for your own use. You may not resell or republish them as a data product. Follow the law when you contact anyone, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
4. Payment and refunds
An export costs the price shown at checkout, in Canadian dollars, paid once through Stripe. If it isn't useful, email us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Your export link stays available for at least 12 months.
5. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't liable for any hiring, immigration or business decision you make.
6. Law and contact
